The conscious collaboratory® is designed to be agile and skillful as we navigate an ever-changing world. Broad tensions – global, climate, political, structural, racial, educational, economic, and health – have redefined what it means to “be well.” Leaders must meet changing demands and also withstand forces simultaneously. They must assess, explore, and calibrate possibilities across many contexts while under pressure and by collaborating with others. It is vital that leaders have a mindset of humility and curiosity, a heart practice of relational knowledge and experience, an embodied presence, and courageous wisdom. The most prepared leaders have the ability to tap into all these contexts and resources at the same time.

Our conscious collaboratory® services include coaching, facilitation, education, and training, each of which can be a catalyst for shift and change.

As a coach, leader, and guide, Wendy weaves contexts, structures, and culture with intergenerational and ancestral threads to explore and leverage differences, revealing a kaleidoscope of possibilities that influence choices and possibilities in an ever-changing world.

Wendy guides leaders to expand their lenses and deepen their embodied capacity to lead in an ever-changing landscape. She has developed a unique way to gather data to help leaders navigate their systems responsively and intentionally.

This is an eight-week workshop intensive where participants explore racial equity more deeply: what it is, how it differs from, and is more than diversity and inclusion. Learn and reimagine how to infuse the work of racial equity into your own strategic awareness and ultimately impact your organization with the ideas created from this new awareness. We hold space for inclusivity that honors multiple perspectives and lived experiences.

A six-session workshop series that invites us to identify, investigate, and interrupt structures of patriarchy with a new lens. If you are interested in exploring social structures, curious about interrupting patterns, and invested in reimagining a world where everyone thrives, this may be for you.

Wendy co-creates and co-designs transformative reimagining workshops designed to identify, explore and navigate structures more deeply to uncover more possibilities for the future. These workshops can be customized and designed to explore many structures independently or together. The content is designed to engage clients and their teams through the practice of facilitated conversations and/or embodiment practices. We hold space for multiple perspectives and lived experiences.

Chief Diversity Officer, Leadership Circle

“Wendy is an exceptional partner in the work of building inclusive leadership teams and inclusive organizations.”

Owner and Founder, Elevate Real Estate Brokerage

“What felt like an invitation to explore leadership has developed into so much more. It’s not a ‘think tank’ or a ‘networking group.’ It’s more of an ‘open your mind, heart, body, and soul’ tank.”

Worldwide Senior Director at Global Biopharma Company

“There was a profound and progressive shift occurring within me and Wendy has been instrumental in ‘my awakening’. I am more aware and conscious of how fear and self-judgment can divert my route.”

Head of School of Keystone Montessori

“She is leveraging the strengths of our community – our differences – to shape our emerging culture.”

Managing Director, Leadership Circle EUROPE and LATAM

“The process was powerful because it opened up a place for me to explore my identity from a different perspective. I found a new way to not only see myself, but to understand how systems operate in the world we live in.”

Leadership Coach and DEI Consultant

“She modeled for me what it means to have a ‘body practice’ and how we can use our bodies as an instrument especially when having conversations or interactions around race.”

Interim CEO, WYPR/WTMD, Your Public Radio

Reimagining Racial Equity is equal to and perhaps the best training I’ve experienced in the DEI space…basically fearless in pushing into the equity area, and importantly systemic racism.”
